System Requirements

UserVue is currently only available for use in the United States and Canada.

Facilitator Requirements

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 2000 and Windows XP or later version of Windows.

Web Browser: Internet Explorer 6.0 or later, Firefox 1.0 or later.

Enable session cookies. See Login, Accounts, and Password Troubleshooting for more information on how to enable session cookies.

Enabling Javascript is recommended.

UserVue’s Event Capture (i.e. mouse clicks, Web page changes, keyboard input, etc.) may be limited in some applications on Windows Vista operating system due to Microsoft’s increased security settings and user privileges.

Participant and Observer Requirements

UserVue does not support dial-up connections.
